Explanation:
Usually, to get this bell, the common theory is that you need a helper that melts ice. Instead, we can switch to our other unlocked cats underwater, which stores a jump in each cat, and make our way over to the bell without having to unlock that helper!
When you die, you respawn outside of the ice enclosure WITH THE BELL, so you can complete 2-Boss and collect it!
