Education for Sustainability (EfS) in practice - staff perspectives
EfS – also known as ESD - Education for Sustainable Development - transforms course experiences to ensure students are educated as more than just ‘subject-specialists’, and acquire more than just ‘bolt-on’ entry level sustainability knowledge. EfS equips graduates with applied sustainability knowledge and skills relevant to their specialism and industry or profession, as well as transformative soft skills to lead change and influence greener and fairer futures through their careers and professional practice.
