Enabling your Android device’s screen lock is a proven technique in preventing intruders from accessing any of your stored personal data. The pattern lock for Android device, for example, makes it relatively harder for other people (especially the kids!) to access your smart phone. But although it’s a brilliant way in keeping nosy people at bay, the pattern lock for Android can also prove to be a real headache.
Android devices only let you input your correct pattern lock 20 times before locking you out of your phone. This can result from many things – creating a lock pattern for your Android device that is too complex to remember, having a friend, family member or someone you know try to unlock your device with the wrong pattern one too many times, or getting your Android phone stolen.
