HUGE HVAC BRAND BOUGHT! What does this mean for the consumer?
In this video, Joshua Griffin talks about a huge HVAC brand that has been bought and what that will mean for the consumer. Although the sale hasn't completely closed yet, Bosch is supposed to be buying Johnson Control's brands: York, Coleman, Champion, Luxaire, Guardian, Evcon, TempMaster, and other brands. This deal will also include the Hitachi line of HVAC equipment not including some assets in Japan. This could shape the HVAC market big time in the USA. Only time will tell!
