DESSERT:
450 g cream
450 g sour cream
2 packs of gelatin (16 g)
1 cup milk
1 cup sugar
glaze:
5 tbsp cocoa powder
5 tbsp sugar
5 tbsp milk
1 packet of gelatin (8 g)
1 cup cold water
in a saucepan mix 1 cup milk with 2 packets of gelatin, leave to swell. After swelling, the mixture needs to be heated but not brought to a boil!
milk leave to cool for about 1 hour
sugar, sour cream and cream should be beaten with a mixer until smooth.
then slowly add the milk mixture.
Pour all the cream into a greased form and put it in the refrigerator to harden.
Mix all the ingredients for the glaze in a saucepan and bring to a boil. leave to cool for about an hour.
