📀Flotsam📀 - A city-building simulator in the spirit of the film "Waterworld" with colorful cel-shaded graphics.
The game takes place in a post-apocalyptic setting, where the entire world is underwater. You must provide for the survivors in the ocean, where literally everything around you is trying to devour your inhabitants or drag your fragile town to the bottom.
You will need to obtain fresh water and seafood, as well as scavenge for scraps that will allow your settlement to grow. Luckily, the remains of a bygone civilization serve as a reliable source of debris that can be recycled into boats and buildings.
Your town can drift in any direction, allowing you to explore a dynamic environment full of ruins of a bygone civilization, underwater cities, and reefs.
