Back in 2009/10 ... Jeremy told me about an “idea”.
To create a biodegradable iPhone case.
At the time, there was nothing else like it on the market.
It was a “Big Crazy Idea”.
One that most people he discussed it with said …. “That’s cool … but sounds a bit crazy. Are you sure you want to take that risk? You can’t possibly quit your job to do this. What if it doesn’t work. Etc, etc, etc”
And, I remember leaning in and saying …
“That’s cool … you should do this … I want to help!”
So, together, we secured funding to build his first website, design his logo & packaging, create an explainer video and hire his first employee.
What started out as a “Big Crazy Idea” … has now turned into a thriving business that has sold millions of products that is making a difference in eliminating plastic waste in the world.
And the one thing that stands out for him at that time is …
He needed someone to BELIEVE in him (and his idea)
