How to make floating effect
As a video editor, I have seen many video in which this effect is used on captions, graphics and on videos too.
This can make viewers more hooked.
Enter two values separated by a comma:
Frequency: The number of times per second the layer will move.
Amplitude: The maximum number of pixels the movement can be.
Pro Tip:
If you change the second value of expression "wiggle(1,10)" to "wiggle(1,25)" then it's speed will increase as per it's value.
