The Number One FREE Resource For Beginning Artist
In this video I talk about what I think is the absolutely best free resource for beginning artist or people just starting out with trying to learn to draw. Thanks to the internet there's a sea of nearly limitless options when it comes to trying to learn to draw. Unfortunately a lot of the resources out there are just slivers of a bigger pie, and with no guidance as a self taught artist you can easily bounce from one to the next without progressing much.
There's also a whole host of great courses you can pay for but some are expensive, or niche, or maybe just not worth it, especially if you've never really drawn in your life.
Amongst all these resources both free and paid I believe there is one single one that truly stands out amongst the rest! And that is drawabox. It's a course steeped in a heritage of fantastic instructors that can take you from not being able to draw a single straight line to being able to draw almost any object you want to. There is even communities where you can get free feedback on your homework as you progress through the lessons. The fact that this course is widely available and without paying a single cent makes stand out amongst everything else.
