1/3 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup unsalted butter softened
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar*
1 large egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup raisin paste
Bake at 350° F for 16 minutes
Caramel:
500g sugar
250g water
100g corn syrup
325g heavy cream
1 teaspoon butter extract
2 teaspoons Vanilla extract
1/2 tablespoon salt
3 cups rice crispy cereal
10 ounces Milk Chocolate Melting Wafers
