With only one fast charger in the entire area, I found myself wrestling with a slew of charging apps—some didn't work, others required me to dig out my laptop just to get started. Thank God it is an Alpitronic!
The cold weather didn't make things any easier. My battery was freezing, which meant slower charging times. Plus, navigating through mountain passes that were already getting snow in mid-September was a bit nerve-wracking. I even had to take a car train to avoid closed roads!
