B&M’s approach to the flying coaster instantly brings riders into the flying position compared to Vekoma which starts riders off lying down. Using a “Hersch System”, these arms ride along a set of wheels on a train which helps bring the train into the flying position. Once up, a series of chassis pins screw into position which helps keep the train in the flying position. You’re now up, up, and away on Superman: Ultimate Flight!
