Hazus | Hazus Hurricane Hazard Import Tool (HHIT)
This video will walk through how to locate, open, and run the Hazus Hurricane Import Tool (HHIT) and then import downloaded data into Hazus. The video will not walk through the download and installation process, instead directing the viewer to refer to the documentation on the github page. Attention will be primarily on the HHIT GUI – explaining functionalities and meanings – and how to search for and download storm data. The video will then demonstrate how to import that downloaded data into Hazus for use in a Hurricane scenario.
