Lois Lane and Clark are getting ready for their date, but Mr Mxyzptlk shows up and fakes a scenario of Lois getting kidnapped by interdimensional terrorists. We get a lovely quick shot of Lois bound and gagged at the faux villains feet before Clark jumps into action to save Lois, who (sadly for us) is not actually in danger at all as this was all just an illusion.
