Calendar blocking / Time Blocking helps me Getting Things Done
Calendar Blocking or Time Blocking is the method I use now to be more productive and to Getting Things Done (GTD). In this video I show you How To Do effective Calendar Blocking / Time Blocking by using a normal free Calendar app. The Method works with any Calendar app or service, but it needs to be able to move around time blocks. I use the normal Apple Calendar on all my Apple devices, my Mac mini M1, iPhone 13 Pro Max and my iPad Air 4 (2020).
The method I use is loosely based on the Deep Work concept. This is my Task Management system now.
