Forced Air Cooler Prototype Walk-around
We built a prototype forced air cooler to do some experiments with. Hopefully, we will prove an effective, and budget-friendly way to bring the temp of harvested produce down more quickly, increasing both product quality and increased shelf life to small-scale growers! So far the empty box test looks good.
