One of the parents of a pupil who attends The Nest, at Snowdon Village, discusses the positive impact the education support and staff have made to her child. After struggling with attendance and being regularly excluded from his mainstream school setting, this student is now progressing with his learning, has made new friends and is attending school consistently in a calm environment which feels like home.
