In this video, I compare the iPhone 5c's new Facetime HD front-facing camera to the iPhone 5's Facetime HD camera. Both cameras record 720p HD video and take 1.2 megapixel images; however, according to Apple, the quality and low-light performance of the iPhone 5c's camera was supposedly upgraded.
