X-Men TAS' first intro (pilot + final)
The opening two-part episode had advance premiere for which a pre-final version was shown. It's littered with numerous errors that were fixed for later broadcasts.
Ironically 1st episode of X-Men '97 is also littered with errors, but, uh... I wouldn't hold my breath on Disney ever fixing those...
