Wild-Game Cooking coming to Nevada Magazine, Spring 2021!
Our Spring 2021 issue of Nevada Magazine will feature a story about cooking some of the wild game you might find here in Nevada. Written by Eric Cachinero, and photographed by "Wild Game Cuisine" author Kristy Crabtree–who also provided us the clips used in the creation of this video–you'd better make sure you've eaten before you read this story! Filled with great photos, and even some recipes, it's something you won't want to miss. And don't worry if you don't have or cook with wild game–we'll tell you where to get some if you want it, or what to replace it with if you don't!
