First Of All You Need To PRESS= WINDOWS + R
Then Type CMDAnd Press Enter
NOW follow These Commands step by step
step 1- Diskpart
step 2-list disk
step 3- select disk
step 4-detail disk
step 5-clean
step 6-create partition Primary
step 7-active
step 8-format fs=ntfs quick
step 9-exit
