External power button is a must have feature! I've used an old button from a scrapped heavy duty plotter. But you can use almost any kind of button you want. Dialog DA9091 chip in Raspberry Pi 5 has an inbuilt debouncing logic that prevents detection of multiple clicks as you press a button.
