Surrealism came from a need to escape rational reality—especially after World War I. That spirit of disruption is what I’m interested in, not copying the style.
The real shift in my work happened when I traveled to the Middle East and encountered Islamic calligraphy.
That discipline—control, restraint, precision—completely changed how I think about line and form.”

Fuse experience, not trends. When artists chase trends, their work starts to repeat. And repetition without intention turns art into decoration. That’s when it becomes wallpaper.
No matter the medium—digital, pen, or oil—your visual language must remain consistent.
