The information above will help everyone, but it’s essential for first time car buyers because buying a car for the first time can be an extremely costly event. But, I’ve had many experienced car buyers tell me the information above helped them save time and money!
When taking a car loan, the next most common mistake is focusing only on your monthly payment. Your monthly payment is made up of two things, how much you will pay for the car and pay the lender for giving you the loan, your car loan interest, and that’s done through interest.
So, there are two parts, the first part is a constant, how much you will pay for the car, and part two is the interest rate, so the monthly payment doesn’t tell you anything important regarding assessing if this is a good or bad loan. This is an important subject, so I will be doing another video on this topic soon!
