If you don't have Dylan SP, hope that you can replace black with Dylan SP.
(You can replace a teammate at the beginning if you'd like.)
Since you cannot swipe any orbs in this trial, you need a good auto team. The Dylan SP team is the best bet here.

The key is to prevent the enemy from attacking you and putting himself in the invincibility position. The way to do this is to stun him. This means we have to inflict him with Turbulence, and then use Soohyeon's 4B. Soohyeon is the star player in this wave.
Arrange the board so that you can pull off the following moves in succession:
Li Hwa must be at 2 stacks of Potent Doses before launching the following moves in order.

Here, you have to find a way to launch five attacks in one turn, so Yonghyeon will be the star player here.
Arrange the board until you can pull off the following moves in succession when the enemy CD is at 2:
1W 1G(Tank up) 4G(Damage reduction & Enhance)
Make sure use 1B or 1W to make gold orbs with enhances. The gold enhance orbs preferably should be on the right so that the enhance orbs are not converted to the DR orbs due to Yonghyeon's passive.
Making sure that Joan advisor is available at the beginning could be helpful in arranging the board.
