TEARS, Meditation, Self Doubt: Mike's JOURNEY
I had one of the most enlightening meditation experiences that I've had to date!
I actually began to experience quite a bit of self-doubt. Who am I to change the world? To help solve poverty? To help people increase their wealth and find financial freedom?
The doubts made no logical sense to me but they were still there...
It was through meditation that I was able to identify myself as an inner child who was simply scared of taking the next step and just needed some love.
How often do we feel any kind of emotion... fear, sadness, anger... and try to bottle it up and cast it aside? It's not always the answer. Meditation helped me find a better solution and its something that I'm able to carry with me and help provide me with an edge in the markets as well.
