Life is a MARAthon
Goals. Dreams. Aspirations... NONE of them are Easily Attainable.
...They require work! There will be obstacles, foreseen and unforeseen.
Knowing this the question becomes "what do we do?" Do we lace up our running shoes? Do we buy them in the first place? When we get out there and take our first steps, what do we do next? When we get to that point where we encounter our first setback... what do we do?
Are we running alone? Are there others with us? Who are they? What are they saying?
What happens when those people disappear? What happens when we're alone? Are we truly alone? We've come so far. We may feel like we can't continue... do we stop?
When we make it across the finish line, how does it feel?
Marathons aren't just about running. After having run 2 marathons myself, I can honestly tell you that the physical part is actually the easier part. The MENTAL GAME is where the real challenge is.
So much of this is analogous to life, goals, dreams, aspirations, and of course your journey to wealth.
