The product was purchased on 15/01/2021 and it was reported as defective on 16/01/2022. When we tried to see what was the problem, in BIOS was shown as Sandisk Milpitas SSD and in Operating system had 0 bytes. I know that the controller was the problem and the integrator was Sandisk, but I don't think this is normal.
WD is selling this product with 3 years warranty, but after 1 year is damaged.
In video we can see that only a kingston stick was plugged in USB port and the second SSD was disconnected.
