It is the online lecture that was given during at XIX° CONVEGNO INTERNAZIONALE of Federazione Mediterranea Yoga "Yoga e Tantra" on 30th of April.
This lecture is an introduction to the Spirituality of Tantra, its practices and discourse that can be used in today's situation of war. Teaching of Tantra can help us to differentiate our feelings and emotions, acknowledge our deepest desires and embrace our inner forces.
Solving these problems makes people more aware and conscious, which is so strongly needed to solve the problems of war.
