Advice for authors: You can't please everyone
Not everybody is going to love what you do, and if you try to please everyone, you're only going to cause yourself heartache.
Write for yourself. Write with passion. Write the thing that keeps you up at night thinking about it. And never forget those amazing feelings you felt, even if someone else doesn't feel the same way!
