An experimental video in which I'll be making fruit spirit, specifically NDRF, from pear concentrate from Domashnyaya Manufaktura. The recipe calls for adding 8 kg of sugar and 45 liters of water to 5 liters of concentrated juice, and fermenting with Leika fruit yeast. Distillation is done on a Domspirt 2 still. Enjoy.
