VW Passat B8 185HP | 390Nm - Stage1+ - DPF off - EGR off - AdBlue off - Popcorn - CVCA - 2.0TDI
This VW Passat B8 from the US with 2.0TDI CVCA engine from the U.S. came in for a stage 1+ remap. After the customer was disappointed with the EGT limiter disabled tune he had before, as well as the car producing less power with the competitors "remap" than stock, he decided to contact us, after the tuner wasnt able to get this car done in an half a year time frame!
We managed to get this result just after 8 hours of work.
Fully stock engine with Downpipe and EGR / AdBlue off.
We achieved a result of smokefree 185HP and 390Nm of torque!
The tune is daily driveable and features all safety functions. Nothing disabled or bent.
The EGTs are controlled, monitored and as limited by the ECU.
