Submitting an Auto-Scan for Paid Tech Support
Ross-Tech now requires an Auto-Scan to be submitted prior to opening a Paid Tech Support ticket for vehicle assistance. Product support, to make sure VCDS is up and running correctly is a free service for our customers.
