Is your Word file too big to email? Do you need to reduce its file size in order to upload it somewhere and share it with people? In this tutorial, you will learn how to compress a Word document without the need of specialized software - all you need is Microsoft Word!
To reduce the size of the Word document, I'll first show you how to save it without a font set. This can typically already save you 1-3MB. Afterwards, I will additionally teach you how to make it even smaller, in case your document contains pictures. See, picture can be compressed in Word which will decrease the size of the file.
