Today we start Meadowcrest — an upscale HOA community built right on the edge of active farmland.
In this episode, we design Meadowcrest from the ground up, focusing on realistic suburban planning, clean road layouts, and thoughtful zoning. This new town includes several HOA-style neighborhoods, Meadowcrest Preparatory Academy, a long-standing mobile home community, a major retail corridor, and a modernized Main Street-style downtown.
The goal is to create a wealthy suburban community that still feels connected to the rural Solano Flats and the broader Suncrest County region. Every decision here sets up future growth and long-term regional balance.
