Insight COVID -19 Updates
Dear Insight Vision Center Optometry Patient Family!
During this time of growing concern, we believe it is our role and responsibility to prioritize the health and well-being of our patients and employees.
At this time, our plan is to limit our services to eye emergencies until June 1, 2020, but potentially longer. We will be available Monday–Thursday 9am–5pm, Friday 10am–3pm, and Saturday 9am–2pm for phone consultations and product ordering. Ordered products will be shipped to you complimentary.
We are offering to extend contact lens prescriptions for up to 3 months for current patients. If you need contact lenses call the office at 714-486-3315 and we can ship directly to you at no charge and also bill your insurance for you. Please do so soon because we are unsure how long we may be able to honor your contact lens requests. They will not be available for pickup but for shipping only.
Dr. Lam and Dr. Mai are available to discuss any vision and medical eye issues over the phone and are committed to helping you through any eye emergencies.
