Rikkinäinen? on monitaiteellinen installaatio, joka on saanut alkunsa tosielämän rikkinäisistä tarinoista. Tarinansa teosta varten kertoneet henkilöt ovat myös tuottaneet äänimaiseman äänet installaation rikkinäisillä soittimilla. Teoksen pinnoilla yhdistyvät epätoivo ja toivo, rikki meneminen ja uusi alku. Teos on esillä ensimmäisen kerran Ullavan kuvataiteen ja musiikin viikolla alkaen 23.6.2024.

Broken? is a combined arts installation which is based on real life stories. The sounds heard in this soundscape are played with broken instruments, and are performed by the actual persons who have shared their stories for this work of art. Themes like desperation and hope, falling apart and rising up again to a new beginning can be seen on the surfaces of this installation.
This work is premiering at Ullava Week of Visual Arts and Music 23.06.2024.

I had a priviledge of being part of this work of art. This was one of the most interesting and also one of the most challenging projects I have worked on.
