My grandmother, who was of Italian origin, had a specialty she made for us when she gathered the family: gnocchi. The children and grandchildren still talk about it.

INGREDIENTS:
500g Bintje potatoes
1 tsp salt
1 egg
Approximately 230g flour
1 beef patty
1 veal patty
1 handful of sausage meat
1 onion
1 bouquet garni
5 cloves of garlic
1 bunch of chopped parsley
1 1/2 jars of tomato paste
Salt, pepper
1 celery stalk
