USF Health Relocates the Physical Therapy Center
The USF Health Physical Therapy Center has a new home. 3500 E. Fletcher Ave., Suite 100, Tampa, FL 33613. Dr. Matt Lazinski and his team worked through a holiday weekend moving and settling into their new home to ensure patients didn't cancel any appointments.
