The year is 2005, you're 8 years old and you boot up this massive box for a computer in your house. It starts up and you hear the sweet ding of windows. You grab the nearest game you can find, being a lover of lord of the rings you see Baulder's Gate. You grab it, start playing. Life is good. Until you meet the first wolf of the game and get destroyed.

Baldur's Gate is a series of role-playing video games set in the Forgotten Realms Dungeons & Dragons campaign setting. The game has spawned two series, known as the Bhaalspawn Saga and the Dark Alliance, both taking place mostly within the Western Heartlands, but the Bhaalspawn Saga extends to Amn and Tethyr.
