【IA 2.0 JPN & ENG】NIGHTMARE 【VoiSona/CeVIO AI Cover】
HAPPY HALLOWEEN! This cover won the 17th Vocal Synth Tuning Contest and I am so honored. I cannot believe it did but I am so grateful. When the results came out I literally dropped my phone I was so excited!! Thank you VTC for your kindness! (Make sure to check out all the submissions to the contest, they were AMAZING!)

AND OH MY GODDDD PLEASE CHECK OUT ALICE PERALTA'S MUSIC. I chose NIGHTMARE to cover because Halloween was around the time of the VTC and also because Alice Peralta has become like my favorite singer and has influenced my tuning style quite a lot (also IA feels like Alice somewhat vocally! ALSO ALICE KINDA DRESSED LIKE IA IN THE ORIGINAL NIGHTMARE MV), so it felt natural to cover one of her songs, especially NIGHTMARE.
While this is a Halloween upload NIGHTMARE has a lot of depth to it outside of the holiday and its lyrics are real to Alice and passionate in a way I cannot replicate as this is just a fan project as someone who appreciates her art and vocals, so please check out the original and listen to the talent that woman possesses because OH MY GOD. Listen to her new song Happy Calling while you're at it.... god... I love you Alice Peralta, thank you for releasing music and continuing to sing. ANYWAYS I hope you enjoyed the cover! It.... took me like...... 120 hours 💀.
Oh, by the way.... I am not proud of this mix and I would deeply appreciate constructive criticism from mixers, so feel free to comment with what I could have done better!
AND THANK YOU SO MUCH BIN FOR SITTING WITH ME WHILE I TUNE THIS AND MAKING THE CCS I DEEPLY APPRECIATE IT AHHHH
