This course examines the use of coatings to protect product surfaces from various types of impacts, including high loads, temperatures, and aggressive environments, as well as to restore damaged product geometry. Characteristics, properties, and application methods are provided.
The online course "Corrosion and Protection of Oil and Gas Equipment" includes 40 video lectures, course notes, three virtual labs, and quizzes. The course requires three credits (108 hours).
