PLC Motor Speed & Direction Control | Forward Reverse with Safety Delay
Develop a PLC control program in which, when the I0.0 pushbutton is depressed, the motor starts rotating in CW position with lower speed, and when I0.1 is pushed, rotation speed changes to maximum. Depression of the I0.2 and I0.3 pushbuttons controls the direction and speed of the motor in CCW position, and maximum speed respectively.
While the motor is rotating in one direction, the speed of rotation can be changed with the depression of any related pushbutton BUT to change the direction, it has to be stopped with I0.4 first, and after a delay of 5 seconds it can be turned on in any direction. Q0.5 starts blinking during the waiting time of 5 seconds.
