RELATION BETWEEN ELASTIC CONSTANTS
BULK MODULUS: When a body is subjected to three mutually perpendicular stresses of same intensity then the ration of direct stress and the corresponding volumetric strain of body is constant and is known as Bulk Modulus. It is denoted by K and unit is N/m^2 or Pascal.
Relation between E (Modulus of Elasticity) and K (Bulk Modulus): E=3k(1-2μ)
