The Granta multi box multi line palletiser system is quick to install, low cost and fast and easy to program.
Depending on your production process, you many need to palletise different sizes of box off the multiple production lines. This is where the Granta modular palletising series comes into play. The modular palletising series comes with easy programming software that enables your factory floor staff to re-program the robot for palletising different sizes of box within minutes. One robot can also often be used to palletise of multiple production lines.
A foam vacuum gripper head is usually used for box palletising and a bag gripper for bags. Where high speeds are required, row gripping or layer forming can also be used. Slip sheets can also be picked and placed by the gripper head.
Stack patterns are automatically optimised in the software which enables you to quickly select the best stack patterns to get the most on your pallets without having to spend a lot of time planning.
