A Holliday build project, it took a long time because it was the first time a make a grill like this..But it came out rather nice afterall.
Cook time approx 3.5 hours..prope temperature 72 degrees..This was the first time l try to cook a whole pig on a homemade grill. We try different heights of the pig above the fire, so because of this the cooking time was longer.
I will upgrade my DIY grill later with hatch so to the grill can be totally closed, to bring down the cooking time. And give some of the metal part anti rust paint..
