FOR LAZY PEOPLE WHO WANT TO LEARN NOTHING
64bit pre-made server:

32bit pre-made server:

if your version of the server says "error system can not find specific path" either change the code
or download the opposit verion of the server EG: if your pc is 32bit and you download the 32bit pre-made server then it says system can not specific path then download the 64 bit if you get the same error install javaJRE -_-
