I show you how to set up a Stripe customer billing portal so your clients can manage their own subscriptions. No coding is needed. Stripe used to make this hard, but now it only takes a few clicks inside your Stripe settings.
Your customers can log in with just their email. They get a code sent to them, then they can update their payment method, upgrade or downgrade their plan, or cancel. This keeps you out of the middle and keeps their card details safe, since you never have to touch their payment info.
I walk through the branding settings so your billing portal matches your business colors and logo. You can even connect your own custom domain for emails, so messages come from your business instead of from Stripe. I also show you the invoice history tab, so your customers can pull up their own past receipts.
For subscriptions, you choose what your customers can do. You can let them cancel right away or at the end of the billing period. You can let them pause a plan, switch between plans, or use a promo code. I also share how I use a simple splash page to guide my clients to the portal, and how you can create a clean redirect link through HighLevel so the link looks nice.
This works for any business using Stripe, not just My Vision Agency members. If you take payments through Stripe, this can save you time and stop a lot of back and forth with your customers.
