The Battle of Polytopia (formally known as 'Super Tribes') was made by Midjiwan, a one man indie game studio in Stockholm Sweden.
It is a free to play mobile game that plays like a mini Civilization. I started playing this game months ago on my iPhone 5 and have wanted to share some game play on my channel ever since.
I highly recommend checking this game out as it is free to play and does not push you to make purchases. If you like the game then you can buy a tribe for $1 to show your support!
