Empowering Transformations: Unveiling the Impact of Group Coaching
Thanks to Shannon and the group I was able to make a jump from NGO to corporate consulting in the big 4. The most helpful part was going through an assessment about what my real interests were, what I needed out of a job, and what my marketable skills were. Working through the tools on my own and then within the group dynamic helped me be able to articulate what I had done and where I wanted to go next in a new way.
